Home Health Aides
Our home health aides are there to provide safety in your home environment. They can assist you with your activities of daily living, including, bathing, personal hygiene, getting dressed, cooking, cleaning, laundry, going shopping, taking you to appointments and companionship.
Our nurses provide teaching and training for our client, their family and caregivers. Through frequent observations and assessments done regularly we minimize potential complications. When more technical hands on care is needed our nurses provide Blood Pressure and Diabetic monitoring, medication set ups and specialized procedures including IV’s, wound care, ostomy care and catheters.
Assist with regaining abilities, such as walking independently, provides therapeutic exercises for muscle re-education. Establishes goals for restoration of strength and endurance. Assists in improving gait and balance.
